To submit a sample request, please REGISTER or LOGIN, then choose "Chemical Analysis" from the "Request a Test" menu at the top. 

Please download the Client Sampling and Submission Procedures before submitting samples. Please make sure that these procedures are carefully followed as they will help ensure the integrity of your samples.
